“Chi”, the invisible energy that flows through human circulatory system may be blocked or disrupted when the body is out its yin-yang balance. You can do simple pressure point treatments using your hands to relieve the body of circulation “blocks” by massaging well known pressure points.
Massage away body acne using the Elbow Crease Pressure Point
Pressure point the elbows. Fold your left arm and touch your right shoulder join with your left hand. You will notice a crease above your left elbow joint. Simply use your right hand and firmly press and massage the tissue under the skin at the end of the crease line for 5 minutes using a pressured circular motion.
Repeat the same with the other elbow and do this daily.

There is another pressure point at your feet and this lies about half and inch above the line where your second and third toe meet. Use your index finger or your thumb and firmly massage as well as press down for about 5 minutes. Repeat this on the other foot as well!
